Training & Awareness

Training & Awareness

Training and Awareness are critical components of developing a skilled, knowledgeable, and safety-conscious workforce, particularly in areas like Occupational Health, Safety, Environment, and Fire Safety (HSEF). Both play distinct yet complementary roles in ensuring that employees are competent and informed.

Training:

Training involves structured programs designed to equip individuals with specific skills, knowledge, and competencies required for their roles. It can be hands-on or theoretical and is tailored to meet both legal requirements and operational needs.

Types of Training: Safetitude Training and Consultancy conducts training covering a wide range of topics supported by texts, pictures, video clips, etc in the domain of

- Safety Training- workplace safety, hazard identification, risk management, and emergency procedures

  - Fire Safety Training: Teaching fire prevention, fire-fighting techniques, and evacuation protocols.

  - Environmental Training: Focusing on sustainability practices, waste management, and compliance with environmental regulations.

  - Job-specific Training: Tailored to industry-specific hazards and procedures (e.g., working at heights, confined space training).

In collaboration with the company, we can assist in identifying training needs, category of participants, duration, and instruction medium to maximize training takeaways. The training is conducted with tabletop & field exercises and pre-post assessment questionnaires to ensure the engagement of participants.
